The eight-year-old little orphan Heidi still lives with her grandfather in the Swiss Alps. Enthusiastic and very driven, our little heroine is growing up and learning about life in the great outdoors. Teamed with her friends Pierre and Clara, Heidi discovers the beauty of the Alps but also friendship, cooperation and generosity.  Always ready for new adventures, Heidi discovers how hostile her environment can be. But her enthusiasm, her courage and her friends will help her overcome adversity.
